The price difference between plans reflects not just land area and the floor space but the number of rooms and particularly the kitchen and bathroom facilities.

All the plans are from the drawing board of Peter Lochhead of Lochhead Design. Once you have registered your interest, other options can be explained, then varied and priced to give you exactly what you want. When you have firmed up your plans, the interior detail and colour will be tailored to your requirements. HVL will provide a consultancy support to assist you with this.

There are some thoughts for Hauraki Village homes;

  • The basic price of a home depends upon the amount of land required for the foot print, the floor of the home and the facilities required. For example bathrooms are more expensive than bedrooms.
  • Your home can be build as a standalone rather than a duplex but this costs more and uses more land.
  • Not all plans suit all sites.
  • All plans can be mirrored as in a duplex. Alternatively each side of a duplex can be of a different plan. Both sides of a duplex must have common exterior colours.
  • Most plans have front or rear options for the main door and garage door options.
  • RV parking is extra. If you require this your site will need maneuvering access appropriate to your RV
  • Plans can be modified to change the mix of garaging, outdoor car parking and outdoor living space
