Things are really ramping up at Hauraki Village.  9 Units out of the 12 1st Stage Units are now sold with a further 2 units under negotiation.  This leaves just 1 Unit available in the 1st Stage.  The 2nd Stage which will begin next year and has 8 Units has 3 Units already negotiation.

The internal road construction is complete to 150 metres so we are really beginning to look like a “Village”.

Pricing Units moving forward is fraught with difficulties because of constant increases in material prices, but as a guide Unit prices currently range from about $369,000 – $450,000 depending on the area of land and the layout of the unit.
