The attached Plan shows how Hauraki Village may ultimately be laid out. This shows 26 units. (Units 6, 12, 13 & 18 are deliberately eliminated from the Plan because of the demand for larger units / double garages etc.)
Once units 1 – 15 are built, site access for further building construction will temporaily be off Bush St. For security reasons all resident and visitor access will be off Taylors Avenue. Village entry and exit will be monitored by security cameras.
The houses as depicted on this Concept Plan are indicative only. The land area for each house is determined as each house is specified for its owner. Typically each house will have a freehold land area of between 250m2 and 300m2
The roads, the footpath, the RV wash down area and the utilities are together the common assets which are owned and controlled by all the house owners under a body corporate. The village roads are private – they are not owned by the council.
